Hi! My name is Dan and I am the face behind the monitor. I am a photographer who loves technology, organization, problem solving, and working other creatives. What better way to do all of that than digital teching?

My goal is to make everyone’s life on set easier. That could mean making sure everyone has a screen for reviewing and selecting or simply helping out with lugging gear and backing up drives before a tight wrap time. I’m happy to talk on the phone ahead of time to make recommendations of the gear that would make the most sense for your shoot.

Here is a list of the gear I have on hand. I’m happy to seek out more gear if needed.

LAPTOP ON STAND - For lightweight, on the go photoshoots.

ROLLING CART. OPTIONAL 32” PRO DISPLAY AND ECOFLOW BATTERY. - This is the workhorse on most production days.

ALL DAY BATTERY(S) - Any monitor can be on battery power for locations with no mains or simply for a cleaner setup.

IPAD MONITOR - A good option for client viewing if we are moving around often and need to a speedy setup.

DEDICATED “SELECTS” STATION - A 24” monitor with a mouse, keyboard, and the ability to make selects while we are shooting.

ROLLING MONITOR(S) - For convenient client viewing. Option to have them wired for maximum reliability or wireless for a cleaner setup with no tripping hazards.
